活性氧化鋁瓷球是具有很多毛細(xì)管道的白色球粒，有很多毛細(xì)孔通道，這些孔道的表面有較高的活性，能對(duì)氣體，蒸汽，液體的水份具有選擇吸附本領(lǐng)。在一定條件下干燥深度可達(dá)－70℃以下的露點(diǎn)，飽和可在175℃－400℃加熱除水而復(fù)活，能進(jìn)行多次，還可從染污的氧、氫、二氧化硫中吸附潤滑油及其它油類蒸汽，并可做催化劑或載體。廣泛用于石化、煉油、電子、乙烯、丙烯、空氣等干燥裝置,已在全國許多雙氧水廠，化肥廠，制氧廠和石油化工煉油單位使用，并取得了良好效果。 

水處理用活性球：

白色球狀多孔性顆粒，粒度均勻，表面光滑，機(jī)械強(qiáng)度大，吸濕性強(qiáng)，吸水后不脹不裂保持原狀，產(chǎn)品無毒、無味、無臭，不溶于水及有機(jī)溶劑。
本品用作高氟水的除氟劑，是一種具有大比表面積的分子吸附劑。當(dāng)原水的PH值和堿度較低時(shí)，除氟容量較高，大于4.0mg/g，還可用于飲水除砷。
粒徑一般為1-3mm、2-4mm、3-5mm，使用時(shí)與水有較大的接觸面積，比表面積指標(biāo)高達(dá)280㎡/g以上，微孔數(shù)量巨大，可保證對(duì)水中的氟離子有很強(qiáng)的吸附能力和較高的除氟容量。

　　物化性質(zhì)：本品為白色、球狀多孔性物質(zhì)；無毒、無臭、無味、不溶于水、酯、烴、醇、等有機(jī)溶劑，具有在水和堿中不粉化、不變軟、澄清度高，使用壽命長，對(duì)蒽醌衍生物降解和再生能力強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是蒽醌法生產(chǎn)雙氧水的專用吸附劑。本產(chǎn)品除吸附工作液中的堿以外，對(duì)氫化降解物有很強(qiáng)的再生能力，可將氫化反應(yīng)中增加的降解物轉(zhuǎn)化成有效蒽醌，保證了總有效蒽醌量的穩(wěn)定，有利于氧化反應(yīng)的進(jìn)行，并減少了蒽醌的添加量，節(jié)約了運(yùn)行成本。同時(shí)，考慮到再生的需要，雙氧水用氧化鋁保證了良好的機(jī)械性能，再生后的活性變化較小。

活性氧化鋁干燥劑

　白色球狀多孔性顆粒，粒度均勻，表面光滑，機(jī)械強(qiáng)度大，吸濕性強(qiáng)，吸水后不脹不裂保持原狀，無毒、無嗅、不溶于水、乙醇。

Active alumina ceramic ball is white spherulite with many capillary channels and the surface of these hole channels have higher activity.They have the ability to choose and adsorb water of gas,steam and liquid.The drying depth can reach below -70 ℃ dew point under certain condition.Saturation can relive at 175-400 ℃ after heating and getting rid of water.This can proceed for many times.They can also absorb lubricating oil from polluted oxygen,hydrogen,sulfur dioxide and other oil steam.And can be used as activator or carrier.Widely used in landification,oil refining,electron,ethylene,propylene,air ect drying fitting.Have beening used in hydrogen peroxide factory,fertilizer factory,oxygen production factory and petroleum chemical plant.And they have gain good effect. 

Active ball used for water treatment

The white ball shape have porosity,even granularity,glazed surface,good mechanical strength,strong moisture absorption,no expand or crack and keep original state after water absorption.Innocuity,insipidity,scentlessness, insoluble in water and organic solvent.

It can be used as fluoride absorbent for high FI water.It is one kind of molecule sorbent with large specific surface.When the PH value of raw water and alkalinity are lower,the capability of removing FI is higher,>4.0mg/g,it can be used for arsenic removing of water.

The diameter of ball is 1-3mm,2-4mm,3-5mm.When using,there will be larger interface with water.The specific surface index can reach above 280 m2/g.The quantity of micropore is huge,which can guarantee the strong absorption ability for FI hydronium in water and higher capability of FI removing.

Active alumina desiccant

White ball shaped,porous granule,even granularity,fine surface,large mechanical strength,strong moisture absorption, no expand or crack and keep original state after water absorption.Innocuity,insipidity,scentlessness, insoluble in water and ethanol.

氧化鋯耐磨陶瓷球

氧化鋯陶瓷球，在常溫下具有高的強(qiáng)度和高韌性、耐磨性好、耐高溫耐腐蝕、剛度高、不導(dǎo)磁、電絕緣。氧化鋯陶瓷球在600℃時(shí)，強(qiáng)度、硬度幾乎不變其密度為6.00g/cm3,熱膨脹率接近金屬若膨脹率，可與金屬接合使用。適用于軸承，密封件等。高純氧化鋯微珠（TZPCeramicsbeads）是目前最為理想的研磨質(zhì)介。現(xiàn)已廣泛應(yīng)用于非金屬礦、涂料、油墨、油漆、染料、鈦白粉、農(nóng)藥、磁性材料等行業(yè)物料的超細(xì)研磨與分散。
